1. Website purpose

This website provides public information about Naturals Club & Resort, its facilities, dining, events, membership resources and enquiry channels. Website content is informative and does not by itself create a membership, booking, reservation or contractual entitlement.

2. Membership

Membership is subject to the Club’s approved application, verification and approval process, the applicable membership category, fees, Bylaws, rules and policies. Submitting a website enquiry is only a request for contact and does not constitute approval.

3. Facility access and operations

Facility access is subject to membership privileges, operating schedules, capacity, maintenance, private events, safety requirements and Club policies. Timings and availability may change. Confirm time-sensitive arrangements with the relevant Naturals team before travelling.

4. Dining and reservations

Menus, prices, ingredients, availability and dining hours may change. A reservation request is not confirmed until accepted by the relevant venue or Naturals representative.

5. Events and venue enquiries

Venue availability, event dates, guest capacity, commercial terms and services remain subject to written confirmation. Website imagery illustrates Naturals spaces and should not be treated as a guarantee of a specific event setup.

6. Downloads

Downloadable membership forms, menus and other documents should be checked for their revision date and current status. Where a conflict exists between a website summary and an approved current Club document, the approved document and Club confirmation govern.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access restricted administration areas, upload malicious content, interfere with website availability, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

Naturals names, marks, photography, video, design, text and downloadable materials are protected content belonging to Naturals or their respective rights holders. They may not be reproduced, modified, resold or used commercially without permission.

9. User submissions

You are responsible for ensuring information submitted through an enquiry form is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or unrelated highly sensitive information through general message fields.

10. External services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Naturals does not control those external services, and their own terms apply.

11. Website availability

We aim to maintain a reliable website but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, hosting incidents, network failures and third-party services may occasionally affect access.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Naturals is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on outdated public website information, third-party services or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes

Website content and these Terms may be updated from time to time. The date above identifies the current published version.
