This page summarises selected current Club terms for visitor convenience. The Club's Bylaws, membership terms, facility rules and later official notices prevail if there is any difference.
Dress & presentation
Members and guests are expected to be clean, neat and appropriately dressed. Dining and open sitting areas call for smart casual, formal or traditional attire; sports facilities require proper sportswear; pool areas require appropriate swimwear. Clothing with offensive slogans or excessively distressed or revealing attire is not permitted.
Guest policy
Guests are allowed in designated areas when accompanied by the Member. Current Club terms permit a maximum of two guests per visit, subject to applicable guest fees, registration and valid ID. Only the Member or Spouse may introduce guests; Dependent Children may not bring guests.
Facility access
Under the current Club terms, guests may not access sports, recreational or pool facilities. Membership cards are non-transferable and the Club may restrict facility access for maintenance, events or policy reasons.
Photography & privacy
Unauthorised photography or video recording of other Members is prohibited. The Club may use photographs or video from Club events for promotional purposes; Members may opt out of image use in writing.
Conduct
Members are responsible for their own behaviour and that of their families and guests. Loud or disruptive conduct, harassment, abusive language and behaviour detrimental to the Club are prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
Safety & premises
Smoking is limited to designated areas. Weapons and dangerous objects are prohibited under Club rules, and Members and guests are expected to follow staff instructions, safety procedures and facility-specific requirements.
